Order Confirmation
When we receive your order we will e-mail you an acknowledgment. This E-mail acknowledgement will let your know that your order has been received and is being processed.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express only for on line transactions. Mail in orders, we accept checks and money orders in addition to the Credit Card Option.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

UPS Ground
($7.50 per order – Allow 10 -14 days (continental US)
We make every attempt to ship your order with in 48 hours. Please allow 10 to 14 business days (Monday – Friday) for delivery of items in stock. Item ordered together are not always shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped immediately, and you will be given the chance to modify your order at that time.

2-Day Air
We’ll ship your order 2-day air for an additional charge per shipping address. Orders received before 1PM CST will arrive in 2 business days; orders received after 1PM CST will arrive in 3 business days. See Chart below:

Return and Exchange:
When return or exchange is required please write the reason for return and place in the box with the merchandise, wrap the package securely and send to address below.

Please note the customer is responsible for the return shipping to us and that we cannot accept COD’s.
